Lemon Street Box purchases are nonrefundable. We are partnering with organizations and companies that support cause and therefore our purchases are final. We cannot take back merchandise, but we can replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. In these cases you can take a picture of the broken or damaged item(s) and email us at hello@lemonstreetbox.com include the picture and a brief description. One of our team members will contact you.

If you receive a piece that is not quite your style, we recommend that you gift it to someone who will love it – your mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher or colleague.
