HOW MANY PIECES?
You will receive a collection of 3-5 exclusively designed pieces of handmade jewelry. These collections are only available through Lemon Street Box and are yours to keep.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BOX?
Your Lemon Street Box will ship on the 12th of the month, and will usually arrive within 3-5 days.
Lemon Street Box purchases are nonrefundable. We are partnering with organizations and companies that support cause and therefore our purchases are final. We cannot take back merchandise, but we can replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. In these cases you can take a picture of the broken or damaged item(s) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org include the picture and a brief description. One of our team members will contact you.
If you receive a piece that is not quite your style, we recommend that you gift it to someone who will love it – your mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher or colleague. Each piece comes in its own pretty bag, which makes it perfect for gifting! Take a look at our previous boxes and our social media pages to see our style!
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription from your account page, or simply by emailing us at email@example.com. We will not try to make you stay, but welcome any feedback in making Your Lemon Street Box better. Please simply cancel your subscription up to the last day of the previous month. For instance: If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel the August subscription box any time before the end of July. If you have, for example, a 3 month subscription for January, February and March, you can cancel it any time by the end of March, before we charge you at the beginning of April for the next 3 months April, May and June. If you have, for example, a 6 month subscription for January, you can cancel it any time by the end of June, before we charge you at the beginning of July for the next 6 month July-Dec.
CAN I SKIP A MONTH OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. You can login to your Account Page and select the options to pause your subscription. If you want to skip a month just go ahead and set a date to start billing again.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
For month-to-month subscriptions, changes to your billing and shipping information can be made on your Account Page underneath your membership status. Please complete any address changes before the 1st of the next month. If you have not made address changes by this deadline, Your Lemon Street Box may go to the previous address we had on file for you.
For changes to 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions, please email us at www.lemonstreetbox.com so we can be sure that we update your address in all the right places.
Please know that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your address is current and that you can receive packages, which do not require a signature.
MY JEWELRY ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the problem, within 2 weeks of delivery of the box and we will send you a replacement piece. We do have limited numbers of each piece, so if we no longer have this item, we will send you a different piece as replacement.
Orders and Billing:
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION?
When you initially sign up, you will be billed immediately for your first box, even if the box is going to arrive in a following month. You will be billed for all future boxes on the 10th of the month, when we process your order.
IF I HAVE A 3 OR 6 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE END OF MY TERM?
Your subscription will automatically renew for another 3 or 6 month subscription at the then current subscription rate, so you do not miss out on your discount and boxes! You can cancel your subscription any time prior to the end of its term.
CAN I GIVE A BOX AS A GIFT?
Absolutely! You can order a gift box for a friend by clicking “Need a Gift?” and selecting any of the “Your Lemon Street Box Gift” option. This will allow you to gift one box, or give the gift over 3 or 6 months. A gift subscription will not automatically renew and will terminate at the end of the term.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
You can log into your account on our log in page on the main menu of our site, using the email address that you created your account with, and your original password. You can reset your password on this same page. If you are unable to login or reset your password (occasionally the reset email is sent to SPAM), please email us and we’ll help!
WHAT IS A "Welcome Box”?
Our team has hand curated an exclusive collection of jewelry from one of our favorite vendors. We love this vendor and the collection soooooooo much that we decided to make this the first box that all of our customers receive. We will let you in on the surprise, there are 5 pieces in this box!! After you receive your Welcome Box you will be placed into the normal subscription billing cycle.
WHY DIDN'T I GET THE SAME BOX AS MY FRIEND?
If this is your first month then you received your welcome box. If you received the welcome box and you also want that months featured vendor box GO TO OUR "past boxes" section on the website. We have a limited number of past boxes available for purchase. These boxes run out quickly and are only available to current subscribers.
